ABSolute Body Fusion |
| This class will have you utilizing elements from strength training, power Yoga and Pilates that will strengthen and lengthen your physique. |
Arsenal Body Sculpt |
| Intensive but easy to follow body sculpting class utilizing various resistance apparatus to tone and sculpt. Focus is on muscular endurance and strength. Prepare to use all the weapons in our arsenal - steps, body bars, dumbbells and xerbars to re-shape a lean, mean physique. |
Below the Belt Blitz |
| One hour of hardcore lower body conditioning. Use of steps, body bars, dumbbells and xerbars will give POW to your lower half. Easy-to-follow, but be prepared to work your butt off! |
Boxing Bootcamp |
| Takes place in the Boxing Ring! This class demonstrates how to use the boxing area safely & effectively. Learn self-defense through the "art" of boxing while getting a great aerobic and fat burning workout. |
Contemporary Belly Dancing |
| Contemporary belly dancing is based in classic Egyptian Raks Sharqui, adds elements of American tribal style, and tribal fusion belly dance. The dancer learns to interpret through movements that are both ancient and current to deliver her own personal interpretation of a musical piece. Modern oriental uses circular spiraling movements and sharp linear movements. This duality creates a unique dramatic dance firm. Be prepared to find your inner dancer and discover a graceful, feminine, and strong way of moving. |
Extreme Body Rush |
| This is a one hour total body workout that will challenge and change your body. Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing and intense strength training will all be incorporated for a challenging workout. |
Get on the Ball |
| An intense total body muscle conditioning class utilizing free weights and the physioball to perform a variety of strengthening exercises focusing specifically on the core muscles for stability. This class is excellent for toning lower body, upper body and abdominals. |
Hip-Hop/Jazz Cardio |
| Hip-hop dance is a fierce way to tone up and slim down while having a great time. Learn the hottest steps while you burn calories. This up-tempo class is guaranteed to boost your confidence and stamina while providing a total body workout. |
Kick Boxing Conditioning |
| This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Muay Thai, Karate, boxing, and Taekwondo. This empowering workout will unleash your inner fighter with jump rope, calisthenics, and focus mitt work. The core of this workout will gear toward sharpening your striking skills by teaching you how to accurately deliver devastating kicks, punches, elbows and knees. Supported by driving music and a World Champion Muay Thai fighter, Steve, you will burn calories, build confidence, and mold you body with this superior cardio fitness workout! Pilates Mat |
| This is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. Pilates increases circulation helps to sculpt a lean firm body and strengthen the body's core. The Pilates mat program follows a set sequence, with exercise flowing from one another in a natural progression. Beginners start with basic exercises and build up to include addition exercises and more advanced positioning. |
Power Abs |
| 30 SOLID minutes of pure abdominal work. Work the upper and lower abs to exhaustion and tighten up that mid-section. |
Step Away the Pounds |
| This energizing step workout will push you to your body's maximum potential. Using height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over, and around the step you get huge motivation from great music and a friendly instructor. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning exercises that shape and tone your body. |
Urban Rebounding** |
| This is the newest craze to hit fitness, because it offers a non-impact cardiovascular workout using mini-trampolines. It is easy-to-follow and an absolute break from the normal routine. This class is limited to 20 participants...so arrive early.
**Trampolines for the Urban Rebounding classes are given out to members with a ticket only. Tickets can be obtained at the front desk on a first come, first serve basis. Members must be present to receive a ticket and you may not reserve over the phone. Tickets will be given to members no sooner than 1 hour prior to the beginning of the class. |
Yoga |
| Traditional yoga postures and breathing techniques are taught in these basic yoga classes. All Fitness level Participants are encouraged to attend. |
Zumba |
| This is a fitness based dance class that fuses Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It encompasses 45 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, and awe-inspiring movements. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast rhythms, slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. |
